COVID response

During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have supplied 4000 beds to the NHS Nightingale Hospitals and PPE equipment for use in the UK and abroad.

We recently supplied the foam for 300K PPE Face Shields to the Royal Academy of Engineering for use in South Africa.

We have purchased this amazing computer controlled foam cutter. It can cut foam into nearly any 2D shape and many 3D ones.

New Delivery Vehicle

We are pleased to announce the addition of a brand new truck to our fleet. This will allow us to cover even more of the country and offer more free deliveries to our customers..

We deliver nationwide using either our own vehicles or courier services as appropriate.


We have our own fleet of vehicles ranging from small Lutons to a 40ft Artic.We use our own vehicles for most areas in The Midlands, North England and East England. Other areas for large orders.


Deliveries with our own vehicles are free.


We use Fedex Next Day Service for all other freight in the UK.
