    Density and firmness are different properties: density describes the amount of material in the foam, while firmness describes how it feels under load. Compare the specifications and recommended uses rather than choosing by colour alone.     Replacement Sofa Cushion Foam or New Cushion Covers?

    If your cushion covers are still usable but the seats have softened, replacement foam inserts let you keep the covers. If the fabric also needs replacing, made-to-measure boxed cushion covers offer a separate option with your chosen dimensions and fabric. Dacron adds a padded finish around the foam, while stockinette helps with inserting foam into a cover; select the options you need when ordering.

    Intercounty Supplies supplies foam cut to size for UK customers. For a replacement cushion, identify the shape and record each dimension shown in its diagram, including any cut-outs or tapered edges. Use one measurement unit consistently. If the old filling has collapsed or the cover has stretched, ask for advice before choosing your replacement dimensions.

    Compare your chosen grade and any Dacron or stockinette options before adding the foam to your basket. Foam-only orders and made-to-measure cushion covers are different products: check which you need before ordering.
