3.2 Custom Orders and Pricing

Due to the automated nature of our quote system, some custom orders may generate prices that are not reflective of actual production or supply costs. Intercounty Supplies reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order that:

• Is not feasible for production or supply;
• Involves excessive quantities or complexity;
• Has been incorrectly priced due to software or input issues.

We will contact the customer in such cases and offer a revised quotation if appropriate.

3.3 Special Requirements

We accept specifications and technical drawings for custom orders. However, we reserve the right to decline orders that are not compatible with our capabilities or supplier availability.

4. Payment and Delivery

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept secure payments through major debit/credit cards.

Production or dispatch begins only when all required information and materials have been received.

Typical lead times:

• Standard Items: 3–5 working days
• Custom Orders: 10–15 working days

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.

5.2 Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will request return of the item for inspection.
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund.
• If no fault is found, the customer will bear the return and repostage fees.

5.3 Manufacturer Testing

If required, faulty items will be sent to the manufacturer for full evaluation. Refunds are subject to confirmation of manufacturing defect.

5.4 Specification Variance

We do not accept returns for minor variations in colour or specification unless samples were provided and the product does not match those samples.

5.5 Unsuitable Orders

Intercounty Supplies reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are not viable for supply or impractical to fulfil due to their complexity or pricing errors from the online tool.

5.6 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, if processing has started, no refund will be issued.

We expect respectful and professional communication. Customers must not:

• Use abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language;
• Harass or intimidate our staff;

7. Product Disclaimers

• Some products may emit odours upon arrival, which will dissipate with time. This is not grounds for return.
• All measurements may vary by industry-standard tolerances.
• Packaging may affect product appearance; allow time for products to settle before assessment.

8. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Intercounty Supplies is not liable for goods lost or damaged by third-party couriers. We will support claims with the courier and issue replacements once confirmation is received.

Customers sending items to us must use tracked delivery. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
